Open applicationThese Application Terms of Service govern access to and use of Kingsley Integrators, including app.kingsleyint.com, connected workflows, browser-assisted automation, audit evidence, intelligence findings, APIs, and related support services.
If a customer has a signed order form, master subscription agreement, data processing addendum, security addendum, or marketplace agreement with Kingsley Integrators, that signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these application terms.
Eligibility and account authority
You may use the application only for business purposes and only if you are authorized to act for the organization whose HRMS, identity, SaaS, billing, or audit systems you connect.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, SSO access, administrator roles, API tokens, and connector permissions accurate and secure.
The service
Kingsley Integrators provides identity lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, mover changes, access intelligence, connector health, audit evidence, and governed workflow execution.
The API receives requests and queues work. Workflow execution runs through the governed worker and workflow engine, and provider changes are performed only through configured connectors, permissions, and approvals.
Customer data
Customer data remains the customer's data. By using the application, you grant Kingsley Integrators the limited right to process customer data to provide, secure, support, monitor, and improve the service; follow customer instructions; comply with law; and enforce these terms.
You are responsible for having the rights, notices, permissions, legal bases, and consents needed to connect systems and process customer data through the application.
Provider integrations and credentials
You control which providers are connected and which permissions are granted. You are responsible for reviewing requested scopes, provider admin consent, marketplace permissions, and connector configuration before authorizing access.
Kingsley Integrators may be unable to provide a feature if a provider changes its API, rate limits access, suspends your account, rejects an authorization, or removes a required permission.
Governed actions and human approval
Read-only audits and intelligence findings recommend actions but do not mutate provider state. Provisioning, deprovisioning, transfer, remediation, and other write operations require the configured workflow controls and approvals.
Customers are responsible for reviewing workflow rules, approval policies, connector permissions, and automation outcomes before enabling production use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass authorization, exfiltrate data, or interfere with another system.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scan, scrape, resell, or benchmark the service except as allowed by a written agreement.
- Do not upload malicious code, secrets you are not authorized to use, sensitive data unrelated to identity lifecycle operations, or unlawful content.
- Do not use browser-assisted automation to bypass provider terms, security controls, or human approvals.
Plans, fees, and taxes
Fees, plan limits, currencies, billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, trials, and cancellation rights are stated in the applicable order form, marketplace listing, checkout flow, or pricing page.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once a paid subscription period begins. Customers are responsible for taxes, withholding, payment credentials, procurement approvals, and accurate billing information.
Trials, previews, and beta features
Trials, previews, beta features, early-access connectors, and roadmap features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. They may not be covered by the same support, availability, or security commitments as generally available paid features.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party must protect confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform or enforce the applicable agreement.
Confidential information does not include information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or approved for release in writing.
Intellectual property and feedback
Kingsley Integrators and its licensors own the service, software, designs, documentation, connectors, workflows, templates, and related intellectual property. Customers own customer data.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, Kingsley Integrators may use them without restriction or obligation, provided it does not disclose customer confidential information.
Security, support, and availability
Kingsley Integrators uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service. Support and availability commitments, if any, are stated in the applicable order form or support policy.
Customers must promptly report suspected security issues, compromised credentials, unauthorized use, or incorrect workflow behavior.
Suspension and termination
Kingsley Integrators may suspend or limit access if continued use creates security risk, violates these terms, risks harm to a provider or third party, exceeds plan limits, or if payment is overdue.
On termination, customers should export needed records and disconnect provider integrations. Certain audit, security, billing, legal, and backup records may be retained as permitted by law and agreement.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except for commitments expressly stated in a signed agreement. Kingsley Integrators does not provide legal, tax, compliance, employment, or audit certification advice.
Customers are responsible for validating that workflows, evidence, and access decisions satisfy their own policies, provider obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingsley Integrators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss of data.
Any liability cap, exclusions, indemnities, governing law, venue, and dispute process in a signed customer agreement or marketplace agreement control over this public application page.
Updates to these terms
Kingsley Integrators may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page or communicated through the application, and continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
